About the ALD
The Accountancy Licensee Database (ALD) is a private national database of CPA and firm license data. The site is maintained as a service to provide access to CPA and firm license information for State Boards of Accountancy Executive Directors and Board staff only. A subset of publicly available CPA and accounting firm license data is available through CPAverify - the public search. Information is provided by the Boards of Accountancy to populate this database.
